well basically we need to farm from mobs that drop scroll
and i havent try to farm before lvl 40 so i dont know if this will work on an early lvl, but heres the list of mobs wizard could possibly farm money without losing scroll

1.batlings (well): this one is too cheap i guess, but its good if we need scroll fast

2.little eye (farrel family crypt)
this is one step after batlings, we can earn more valuable drops and also the scrolls

3. Female Vampire Bats (canute canal1)
this mob drop aprons and batwings easily which is better to sell even to npc and also drop scroll

4.Female Bird of Paradise (Phoenix Tower)
this is actually the effective mobs for wizard's money farm at around lvl 40. just put the 'scorching scroll' to lvl 3 and 'chant of impure thought' to lvl 5, use just these skills only is enough. then we wont run out of mp.
we will earn a lot more scroll than we spent.

5.Icy Zombie (Neptune Temple)
go to this mobs for more better drops, but we need to be stronger here... around lvl 50 will doing fine here
