Qualification test:
To become a Fencer, go the Fencers Career Advisor located in the DOMO in Eversun City (exact coords are: 156, 178). All you have to do is defeat him in battle to finish the quest. You have 20 minutes to kill him, but if you leave the Dojo during the trial you automatically fail and have to do it again.
Level 20 life quest:
Talk to the NPC Lucas in Swan Lake Basin, located at (614, 499). He asks you to help him find his daughter who was kidnapped. He tells you to go to the Mortuary in Eversun North to look for the culprits in DOMO gold.
Near the coordinates (295, 152) you will see a trio of NPCs:
Click on the middle NPC to start a boss fight, and defeat it within the time limit. Be careful and well prepared because this is a 3 vs 1 fight! Go back to Lucas in Swan Lake to finish the quest.
Level 30 Life quest:
Go back and talk to the NPC Lucas in Swan Lake Basin again. This time, he’ll tell you to look for the “Spirit Swordsman (Blademaster)” in Neptunes Temple. You’ll find him at the coordinates (280, 62). Fight him within the time limit – he will summon two level 22 Shaman monsters at a time to help him (he will continue to respawn them until he's dead).
After you defeat him, he’ll drop a “Wraith Sword”. Make sure you pick it up! After completing this, go back to Lucas in Swan Lake and report to him to finish the quest.
Level 40 Life quest:
Talk to the NPC Lucas again to get the invitation to start the quest. Go talk to O’Shea in Collington (482, 460) to trigger the movie. After this you have to fight the elemental Rat Bosses (it’s the same for all level 40 life quests) in the following order:
Giant Metal Rat - Copperhorn Mountain (270, 362)
Giant Wood Rat - Placid Plain (361, 398)
Giant Water Rat - Swan Lake Basin (318, 297)
Giant Fire Rat - Blakatoa (348, 572)
Giant Earth Rat - Grassgreen Square (232, 420)
Trading Skills quest :
Equip Abacus – Allows you to equip an Abacus with no penalties, regardless of job.
Abacus Mastery – Allows Abacuses to be used regardless of job at x% of their original strength.
Tax Break – Reduces tax rate on your stall.
Stall Upgrade – Increase the number of slots in your stall.
I suggest taking a team with other people that also have to kill these rats - they're tougher than they look. After killing all the rats in the proper order, go back to O’Shea to finish the quest.
